My experience with your sales department and your service department has been good as I have purchased my last two cars from your dealership. The change recently in the service dept. approach where you can no longer call service and speak directly to Mary or Andy for appointments or questions is terrible.Now you must wait for a return call. which never comes. Whoever you hired to get messages to the service dept. is terrible. I have placed several calls since this new approach was put in place with 0 return calls from anyone. None of these problems previously happened until this so called improvement was put in place. I encourage you to go back to the way it was prior to the change. Dan Daugherty
