Very nice-good salesman

I found the truck I wanted and we did all the paperwork and financing in 2 hours and I was headed back to Toledo with my new truck.

The salesman was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at and took the time to educate me on the vehicle. I really appreciated his patience and that he was not pressuring me to push the sale along. I would highly recommend Justin and Medina Auto Mall to everybody I know.

They're friendly, patient, and more than willing to answer questions and help out anyway they can. Fast and excellent service as always. I travel to Medina area a few times a year and always service my car with you. Only problem was very loud bothersome music piped into waiting lounge from ceiling right above our heads and unable to watch news and no one knew how to disengage it.

As always ur service department is great!! Mary does a great job of taking care of her customers. And secondly I brought 2 vehicles in for oil change and tire rotation . On my wife’s car , according to her maintenance schedule, she would have been due for a serpentine belt. But the mechanic stated that it doesn’t need changed! I really appreciated the honesty and that goes a long way with my family. The dealership I dealt with before I moved to Medina wasn’t to honest . I caught them twice not doing the job . Needless to say the mechanic was fired. It want the first time a customer complained about the dealership. Also I’m A proud retired GM employee.. Thanjs again

Very flexible to meet an unusual situation I faced, very courteous and prompt!

David was great. He made the entire process easy. He made sure we had beverages if needed and he showed us where to get the free hot dogs, chips and pop. I'm sure my next purchase will be from them.

Buying a car can be extremely stressful. My time at the dealership did not start off amazing. However, i feel as though many of the staff went above and beyond to make sure i was properly accommodated.
